Burswood Peninsula District Structure Plan

The Burswood Peninsula District Structure Plan was released in March 2015. The precinct will be home to:

• A new Perth Stadium (60,000 seats)
• Expanded and upgrade public transportation facilities 
• A new 6 Star - 500 room, Crown Towers Hotel
• Further residential development - The Burswood Peninsula, Belmont Racecourse and The Springs
• Further commercial and retail development - The Burswood Peninsula, Belmont Racecourse and The Springs
• Further public open space and amenity
